This email recap was designed to communicate the value and impact of SURP to its broader network — including faculty, recommenders, and institutional partners. Open House Invitation

Context

Scope
Printed invitation and poster design

Tools Used
Illustrator, Canva, Procreate

Overview
I designed a bold, eye-catching postcard for the Academy’s Open House that functioned both as a printed invitation and as a display poster around campus. The goal was to create something that felt exciting and welcoming to prospective students while visually representing the school’s unique blend of traditional techniques and contemporary art practice. The final design balances strong composition with hand-drawn and digital elements to reflect the creative energy of the community.
